The
Lodge was built in 1983 as a large private residence. Recently
purchased by Darrel and Sandy Crandall in 2001, the large home
was converted into a guest lodge in the heart of the Manistee
National Forest, located in Branch, Michigan.
The lodge consists of 3 sleeping rooms featuring Amish crafted
Cedar Log Beds layered with flannel sheets and quilt comforters.
Design touches enhance each room to reflect the "up north"
rustic feel.
Guest rooms at the Lodge host their own large private baths with plush bath towels.
The lodge has 2 decks and a patio making entertaining in the great
outdoors a real treat.

Guests
enjoy relaxing on the patio in the evenings and in the Nordic Spa
Hot Tub, under the stars. Deer mounts, snowshoes, old crosscounty
skis and unusual wall decor add ambiance to everyroom.
Guests enjoy the fieldstone fireplace while lounging on soft leather sofas or using hickory rockers crafted by Michigan Amish men. Wool woven rugs warm the hardwood floors in the living area as Onaway stone graces the entrance. Guests can also enjoy our other fireplace in the lounge area adjacent to their guest room.
Upon arrival guests can expect a warm welcome and appetizers. A full breakfast is served each morning at the guests requested time and fresh coffee is always on. Dessert is served each evening.
